Delivery too long...quote an hour...which is long for these days/times...and then take 90 minutes to deliver...please be more honest about delivery times so customers can place their orders accordingly (I would have placed my order earlier if I knew it would take so much longer) then customer will be happier. Thanks.

Hi, I received two SMS from you saying to order inline because of 15% and on both occasions there was no discount, including today’s order. It’s misleading and disappointing, and you might need to fix your order form to include a discount code or something. Thanks Ewa Campbell

  Reply : Hi Ewa, the discount code is for collections. It is on there now and I just checked it has been on there since the last sms! I will double check what the sms said but they was instructed to say it was for “click & collect” orders! Thank you
